One Home Visit

Service Description

We will look after your pet for at least 45 minutes in your house. To make your booking request follow the steps described below: 1 - Click on "Request to book". 2- Choose the start date, time and click on "Request to book". 3- A form will open. Fill up all the gaps and click on "Request to book". 4- You will see a message: "Your Request Has Been Sent For Approval". 5- In this message will be written the start date of your booking. The end date will not be described, but don't worry about that because you put the end date of the reservation in the form. Your booking is submitted and our team will let you know by email if your booking is approved or not. We will arrange all details together and in the end of the process a invoice will be send to your email. Obs: The time for home visit available on the website is a suggestion. The time of the home visit can be adjusted according to what the customer needs. Remember: Every booking is subject to approval.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made 48 hours before the booking start, the refund is 100%, otherwise only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
